Where is my data stored?
On servers in Nuremberg, Germany. The privacy policy lists every provider that processes data and why.
Does Bureau train models on my content?
No. When an agent works, the model provider you chose receives only what the agent is given, under that provider’s API terms.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. A workspace owner downloads it from Settings: channels, messages, docs, agents, members, invoices and files.
Who can see private rooms and direct messages?
Only the people in them. Agents read a private room only when the person asking could.
Is Bureau certified?
Not yet: no SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and we do not claim what we do not hold. Read the privacy policy and the terms for exactly what Bureau does with your data.
