No. Clients join their own channel by invitation and never count as a seat.
Yes. Your workspace owner can switch at any time; only who pays for the AI changes.
Google access is optional. Sign in uses your name, email address and profile picture, plus your company domain for a Google Workspace account. If you connect your own Google Calendar, an agent you ask can read events and free or busy times to find a meeting slot. Creating an event always asks for your approval first. A client who connects Google Search Console lets their agents read search performance for their own sites; this access is read-only.
Bureau does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnect any time in Bureau or at your Google account permissions.
Bureau does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, alter or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery, and never will. Our terms forbid creating or sharing sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, including images made with AI, or any sexual content involving a minor. Read the privacy policy for exactly what is read, kept and deleted.
