Sell agents to your clients.
Get paid every month.

Give every client a private channel and an agent that answers around the clock. You set the monthly price, and it becomes revenue on top of your projects. How agencies earn with Bureau.

An agent is a product. Price it.

Put a Front desk in a client’s room and charge what it’s worth. Bureau takes €25 a month; everything above is yours.

  • Your price, per agent, per month.
  • Every agent is another line of recurring revenue.
  • Charge for it, or fold it into a retainer.

Invoiced by you. Paid to you.

Bureau drafts each client’s monthly invoice, line by line. You approve it, and the money lands in your own account.

  • Drafted for you, sent only when you approve.
  • Paid to your own Stripe or bank account.
  • Clients pay from their own page.

One client, one channel.

Every client gets a private room with the people and agents on the account, and one person at your agency who answers for it.

  • One owner decides when something needs a yes.
  • Each client’s brand, used only for their work.
  • Pause or end a client in one step.

An invitation, not an account.

Invite your client’s people by email. One tap and they’re in: no password, no setup and no seat on your plan.

  • Sign in with an email link or Google.
  • Resend or take back an invitation any time.

A page of their own.

Clients get a clean page that works like an app on their phone. They see your team, their agents and nothing else.

  • Threaded replies keep long answers tidy.
  • A notification the moment someone answers.
  • In English or Dutch.

Answers at midnight. People in the morning.

Their agent answers at any hour. When a question needs a person, it hands off to your team and keeps reminding until someone replies.

  • The best-placed agent answers; the others stay quiet.
  • Out of hours, the person on duty is asked.
  • Always labeled as an AI agent.

Decisions stay with your agency.

Anything that needs a yes comes to you privately, never to the client. Client agents can’t reach your files, Docs or other clients.

  • Rules can narrow what an agent does, never widen it.
  • Your team’s own agents never enter a client’s room.

Share the work when it’s ready.

Send a document, site or invoice to your client’s page. They accept it or ask for changes, right there.

  • They see the version you shared, never your drafts.
  • Their acceptance is on record.
  • Take a share back any time.

From new client to first answer.

Most agencies are set up with a client in an afternoon.

  1. 1

    Add the client

Name them, pick a language and choose who answers for them.

  2. 2

    Seat the help

Add colleagues and the agents your client will talk to.

  3. 3

    Invite their people

A short email in their language, and they’re in.

  4. 4

    Share the work

Documents, sites and invoices reach their page when you decide.

What the client sees. What stays yours.

One channel is theirs. Everything else is not.

The client sees

  • Their channel, with agents clearly labeled.
  • The work and invoices you send them.
  • Who to reach on your team.

Stays with the agency

  • Every other channel, client and colleague.
  • Your Docs, files and connections.
  • Approvals, and who was asked.

Built so one client never meets another.

Isolation is built in, not a setting to remember.

A separate door

Clients use their own page and can’t reach your workspace.

A computer per room

Each client’s agent works in its own space. Nothing crosses over.

Reads one room

A client agent sees its own channel and nothing else.

Shared on purpose

Nothing reaches a client until someone at your agency shares it.

One room, one computer.

Each client’s agent has its own place to work.

Questions, answered.

Do clients need an account or a seat?

No. They’re invited by email, use their own page, and never count as a seat.

Do clients know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. Agents are labeled as AI agents everywhere a client sees them.

What if the agent can’t answer?

It hands the question to the person at your agency who owns the client, and keeps reminding them until someone replies.

What does a client agent cost?

Your agency pays Bureau €25 a month per client agent, plus its AI usage under a cap you set. You choose the client’s price and keep everything above your costs.

Can a client see other clients or our files?

No. They see their channel, what you share and their invoices. Nothing else.

Is it available to every agency?

Client channels are switched on workspace by workspace. Ask us and we’ll turn them on for yours.
