Bureau is a workspace app where a team and its shared AI agents work together in the same channels, on Mac, iPhone and the web. Ask an agent in a thread, connect the tools your team already uses and keep work moving when your laptop is shut. Made by Noord in Alkmaar, the Netherlands.
Bureau gives a team one place to talk with each other and with AI agents they set up together. Each agent has its own instructions, memory and tools; anyone in a channel can ask it for work, follow what it does and approve a step before it changes something.

Connect tools once
An admin connects the tools on the server. Shared agents use those connections without every teammate repeating setup.

Watch the work happen
Follow each run, cancel it, or review a tool call that needs approval. If something fails, see what went wrong.
Free to try. Yours to shape.
Request access first. Once invited, bring a model key from a provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI or choose the plan with models included, then add an agent and invite your team.
Free alpha, or from €12 a seat.
The alpha stays free. A workspace that wants a plan can choose one in Bureau, per seat per month excluding VAT: €12 with your own model keys, which your provider bills directly, or €29 with models included: US$9 of model usage per seat each month, and usage above it at cost plus 30%. Your work stays yours.
Keys are encrypted. Owners can export or delete the workspace. Bureau does not use your work to train models.
Bureau asks for Google access only for the features below, and only when someone chooses to use them. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is read, kept and deleted.
Sign in with Google
Your name, email address and profile picture, to create your Bureau account and sign you in. For a Google Workspace account, also your company domain, so colleagues on it can join the same workspace.
Google Calendar
If you connect your own calendar in Settings, an agent you ask can read your events and free or busy times to find a meeting slot, and can add an event, which always asks you to approve it first; you can decline it.
Google Search Console
If you are an agency’s client and connect your Search Console, your agents can read search performance for your own sites. It is read-only.
What we never do
Bureau does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnect any time in Bureau or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Acceptable use
Bureau is a business productivity tool for teams. Its terms forbid creating or sharing sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, including images made with AI, or any sexual content involving a minor.
