## Product
People and shared AI agents work in the same channels. An agent can be mentioned by teammates, use workspace tool connections, and continue work when a teammate's Mac is shut. Agent activity appears in threads. Teammates can follow runs, cancel them, and review tool calls that need approval.

## Access and pricing
Bureau is in closed beta. Creating a workspace requires an invitation key; joining an existing workspace does not. Request an invitation using the waitlist on the product page. Bureau is free during the closed beta. A workspace can choose the paid plan "Bring your own keys" at EUR 12 per seat per month excluding VAT; users bring a model-provider API key and pay their provider for model usage. A workspace can instead choose the paid plan "Models included" at EUR 29 per seat per month excluding VAT: Bureau provides the models through OpenRouter, each seat includes USD 9 of model usage per month pooled across the workspace, usage above that allowance is billed monthly in arrears at the provider's cost plus 30% (converted to euros at a fixed rate shown on the invoice), and usage pauses at three times the allowance until the next month.

## Scope and limitations
The marketing workflow previews are illustrative, not evidence that every depicted integration is generally available. Bureau does not use workspace content to train models. Provider terms apply to model usage.
